When I walked in there were 2 people in the shop. One was trying to sell a motorcycle to some people and the other was at the counter have a personal conversation with someone. About 10 minutes go by while I'm waiting at the counter until the guy trying to sell the motorcycle comes over. Before even asking what I was asking for he had walked up with a big frown and said he couldn't do it. When I told him I was looking for a small $40 loan he repeated I can't do it in case you walk. He didn't even look up that this is a Burton custom X snowboard with cartel bindings. Even in its used condition it could easily be sold for $250+. Poor service from this branch.. not what I have to come to expect from the Fast Cash franchise. The other stores I've been too the people are friendly and helpful. Even if it's something they won't be able to take they would take the time to look it up and be courteous about it. This visit left a bitter taste in my mouth for sure. Definitely won't visit this branch anymore.
