Not the best customer service

If I could I would give zero stars the reason why is because this had been the worst customer service my mom submitted a loan and 3 weeks didnt call we would go to the bank ask what's going on they would not say nothing finally after the 4 week they called and told use why but first they told her eveything was okay she was a forsure going to get the loan the bank from avenal told her something the one from Hanford something else Jonny would say something then Kelly something else so then me my mom sister and dad submitted again and we literally had to keep going calling over and over because jo one would call or tell ise what was going on after that I went to the Hanford branch and spoke to them in person I spent 3 hours there trying to figure something else finally they told me that nothing can be done but the maneger or whatever she was Kelly came out was very rude told use to hurry that because she didnt have our time and that Jonny never had time to talk to use that we needed to hurry and that there was no need for me to be upset but me politely explained the situation Kelly is so rube and she a maneger supervisor or whatever and treats her customers so rube each and everyone of the people at the banch would tell me something different like why it was just a yes or no I will not be going to this branch again and come on Kelly you are a maneger you can be talking and treating your customers so poorly.
