I contracted for services and was very disappointed. I had placed an ad seeking an individual to perform my bookeeping functions and Financial Sync pitched be with their benefits--team for back up, we will put together an operational manual, we produce monthly reports, we will get your bank recs caught up. Unfortunately the oversold and under delivered. My payables were delayed, I could not get access to my books when I needed them, their tech support was non existent and when reachable, could not resolve the issues. Initially, their log in gave me access to another company's books. While I didn't have the password to access those books, just the fact that they were on a server available to me was a warning.Do not be fooled by this company and their sales pitch. They do not have the systems, capacity, or ethics to handle any financial transactions of a business. I asked for a partial refund, which was agreed to, and then the refund amount was shorted in their refund check!
