Horrible customer service. I drove from Chandler Az to get bank statements with my Tia, who banks here and they were not helpful at all. Charged my Tia (Aunt) $30 for transaction statements for the last 6 months. That wasn’t even what my Aunt asked for. She needed bank statements that showed her account balance for each month, 6 months worth. Such a hassle. Waiting for a good 30 minutes to talk to a banker again, and not at all apologetic for the mistake that was made. I have advised my Aunt to close her account and no longer deal with this bank.
