1 Smart Elic clerk, that I always seem to have to talk to. I've held an account for 10+ years, my card constantly has problems and there is no 24 hour line or open on Saturday to help. Your card is just locked until bank hours on Monday. The "fraud protection" is Soooo good, you can't order anything from anywhere ever for fear of being hacked. Yet shopping anywhere leaves you vulernable. I have to Google pay to order items. I'll be switching banks as soon as I can because of these constant problems. 3 Stars because Brenda and Janet are amazing, sweet, and very courteous & Chris is great to deal with too, very responsive & helpful.
