Very bad costumer service. The banking company overall is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I recomend switching to a larger company such as PNC with a more advanced banking system.

I tried to open a checking account here online Thursday night on 09/19/2019, the next morning got a home voicemail message at 11:41 am from FCB employee Alexander Vold wanting me to call him back, then declined my application after waiting just 3 minutes for my response by leaving me a message at 11:44 am! I was at work, that is way I did not respond to him at that moment. Then he refuses to respond to the three times I have contacted him....Is that stupid or what?

Great bank to deal with. Not like Pittsburgh's "three letter" bank that only cater to the high rollers and could care less about the middle class. I do all my current banking and mortgage there.
