I received a charge on my credit card from this company, and I have no idea why. Reported it as fraud. Called the company as well and the person who answered refused tell me what the company name was. Very sketchy scam. Does anyone know what sort of company this is? Is it a credit card equipment service? That's what I'm gathering from the other reviews/complaints.

I got them through sun trust bank. They made me pay off a 7 year contract and they were terminated at 3yeTs . Lost lots of money .now they have no good phone number or address. Bad news. Corp

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A representative of their company hacked into my Point Of Sales computer and changed the credit card processing company to First Data/Ignite so that he could reap the commission for all my business sales. When it was caught and brought up to First Data/ Ignite's attention, they said they will not close the account as they don't believe anything suspicious happened. They couldn't produce a contract with my company so they told me to call the representative that hacked us and ask for a copy! Why would I talk to the scam artist that hacked my computer to ask for a contract he couldn't possibly have because the account was unauthorized. I had to disconnect my computer from the credit card processing feature and use a side terminal instead. I blocked first data/ ignite from my banking account and now they put us in collections! Everyone I spoke to in this company completely ignores the fact that there is a man working for them that stole my husband's identity and hacked our computer. Worst company I have ever unfortunately come across!
