STAY AWAY!!!!!! whatever you do, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! they will always wash their hands. I've closed my business on November 2017 and they are still charging me for their stupid machine despite several phone calls to them....eventually they stop answering your calls and sure keep charging you! Worst thing I've ever done. You can't go wrong with using Square. The little higher fees are way worth it at the end than having to deal with these thieves.

$10 refund to an upset customer. Customer must wait with me for 45+ minutes while support locates and refunds.You set yourself up for failure using this system. It is not 1995 anymore but the tech here sure feels like it.

I want to inform you of a company named Northern Payment Systems which has been sending letters to small business owners in this state (mostly immigrants with language barriers) to solicit them unethically. They are a credit card processing company, however they send owners letters convincing owners their EBT processing terminal is expiring and needs to be updated with a deadline of 24-72 hours. Fearing loss of EBT customer business, many business owners (including myself) filled out paperwork which is a contract to get locked in for 4 years. Most of these owners are not looking for a new credit card processing company, however unfortunately get locked in. The contract consists of a 4 year agreement with First Data for equipment at 80 dollars a month and 1 year contract with Northern Payment systems. The early termination fee is an astounding $3800 for First Data and $1500 with Northern Payment Systems. As you can imagine, this is a significant amount of money for small business owners. I have not used their services and requested my contracts to be terminated as this was a misunderstanding, however the employees are extremely difficult to work with and unsympathetic. I am requesting your team investigate the unethical practices of both Northern Payment Systems and First Data. They have many complaints against them on BBB and google. Since they are keen on targeting immigrants, I am sure many cases of their fraudulent practices have not surfaced. We work over 70 hours a week to run our business, pay fair wages and taxes. Companies such as Northern Payment Systems should not target small business owners through immoral practices for their unnecessary greed. They should not use a government EBT program as a scapegoat for their solicitations. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. Please make your self a favor stay away from this company they do electronic contracts dont disclose the high hiding fees non canceleable 48 month contract that will cost over 10,000 usd to buy out...this company shouldnt be doing business please run away from this c thieves as far as you can if is not too late dont sign anything over the internet with them , print every contract .

Can you spell NIGHTMARE? These guys processed my company's credit card receipts. Always grabbing money that wasn't theirs with sham PCI excuses.

DO NOT USE this company to Process your credit card transactions. When my contract was up for renewal, I cancelled them and went to a new company, they continued to charge my account each month for over a year, they promised refunds and will not follow thru. I have wasted so many hours of my life dealing with them, I only want a refund for monthly charges that I should not have been charged for. They have approved it for refund in the Finance Dept and then cancel the request without explanation or follow up. I am so upset I am at the point where it is no longer an issue of just a refund, I am escalating (their terminology) it to the CEO. I was already informed he would not be able to fix my issue. I am contacting an Attorney now. I have a small Photography business, the only reason this went on for so long was i was dealing with my husband in his fight with Cancer. I am praying they will just give me my refund.
