Terrible customer service. They have repeatedly instructed my elderly father who was victim to debit card theft and/or fraud to call the scammers himself directly to negotiate a way out of their invalid deductions from his accounts. Not sound advice to have an already confused and irritated, recovering stroke victim on the phone further speaking with known scam companies at all.
