I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone. I felt that the broker, Grace, was rude and unresponsive. Our realtor even alerted the owner of First Florida Lending our concerns after 2 closing dates passed and the 3rd closing date was a "dry" closing as the money was not wired in time and our family had to wait an extra day to receive our house keys.I would strongly encourage you to avoid this company.Update: This company had their buyer’s title company contact me to remove my review. They also removed all reviews from their Facebook site (mine included) because their ratings had been lowered to a 3. Please do your research before deciding on a lender.
