If I could rate zero- I would. Customer service is atrocious.

The bank staff at this location are completely incompetent. Especially Reyna Cachuela. We had to go back to the bank multiple times to complete a wire transfer. First she said it was done, but it wasn't. Then we found out she did it wrong so it was rejected. Then we went back again and the supervisor said it was completed. That was in the morning on a Monday. On a Wednesday it still hadn't gone through. The wire department kicked it back for a supervisor approval even though the supervisor submitted the request. No one bothered to do anything about it for days. Then Reyna said the transfer was done but couldn't supply the 16-20 digit tracking number so we stood there until she finally did. Unbelievable. Horrible customer service. Lazy. Incompetent.
