Nice people who were eager to help, but their hands seem tied by terrible policies, leaving the employees unable to make commonsense decisions to take care of their customers. My transaction got delayed and botched numerous times, and the employees were able to do little to make it right, "because of the policy." Their on-hold recording boasts that they are an alternative to "big, conglomerate banks," but I had to do this same type of transaction with several big conglomerate banks, all of whom were actually much easier to transact with than FNB.

Don’t waste your time or your money! Horrible customer service. Sam Sicard won’t even take the time to answer a valid customer complaint. Truly not worth any of your time. Do not recommend this bank in any way form or fashion!
