I use to love banking with ArrowPointe until I had to deal with rude employees. I am not too fond of the employees there, this one in particular Sharleka. She’s very very rude and unprofessional. I called this branch several times today and not one time did she greet me nor introduce herself, she answered the phone as if she had an attitude and didnt want to be bothered. I’ve had several issues with her alone. I’ve been banking with ArrowPointe for almost 2 years and the experience that I’ve had and receiving is unacceptable. I’ve never had bad deposit/check, I do everything that as a consumer is supposed to do and still have to deal with the rude behavior. I’ve reached out to Tim Lyda the CEO and the compliance manager about this issue, if it doesn’t gets resolve I will be moving forward with filing complaints with NCUA and so forth. It’s unfair to be treated this way.

Stopped in to speak with someone about possibly opening an account. The employee I spoke with was disinterested and rude to such an extent that it was clear that I made a mistake in giving them a chance. I'll never go back.

The tellers are always very pleasant and professional with me. They do a very good job and they always have polite conversations with me. To these previous comments I remind you they are a Federal union and very busy a lot of the time. Don't mistake being professional withe being rude.

Management is friendly and will work with you but the tellers are always short with you and unfriendly.
