Jennifer Rich was very helpful and responsive with the paperwork leading up to the closing. BE AWARE, though, that after the closing, First Priority will sell your mortgage on the secondary market, so you will no longer be dealing with anyone locally; you will be dealing with J.P. Morgan Chase or some other mammoth entity difficult to contact.
