They made me wait 20min in the lobby and then the woman went to asked some one else if they wanted to help us!! All we wanted to do is just open an account . I guess everyone there is so unfriendly

0 zero stars if i could , i went in there to get something taken cared of . And for starters CRS II Jackie Melgoza was super rude and racist . She treated me like if i didnt belong there and felt very uncomfortable until i showed her my social . I felt like she minimized me and i just needed a replacement card because i had lost it before i went to a camping trip to Colorado . This location is the closest to my home , however if i ever come back to this location i would never want this person Jackie Melgoza to ever try to help me again . Customer service is the key, everyone should be able to treat everyone as human . Very disappointed .
