Very very helpful. Had a bad experience over the last year trying to by our first house. No one answered my questions and everyone we talked to previously basically said figure it out. The Hafners were very helpful and allowed me to "bug" them with questions I had and walked me through the process every step of the way. We closed on our house on 8/31/18 and couldn't be happier with our service!
