I always have good customer service when I go to this Great Clips. The ladies always get my information and most of the time can get me seated in a barber chair.

I love this bank, especially the people in the LOBBY. I will drive across town to go to this bank. It is my Fav of all FUB banks. It is so old town feel, and friendly. I do not like going to a bank and feel like a number. The people that are both the tellers, the loan officers and the assistants are the best in Norman. I hope they keep the inside Lobby the way it is and not change it like the 24th street one. This is just so nice, and it is so pretty now with the remodel. I have been a long time customer, and I was a bit worried when it changed from First American Bank to FUB but it is fine. Rose Jones

This has been my bank since I deposited my first paycheck at 16 (I am now 28). All of the employees have been wonderful since that day and I have no complaints. One of the women there now helped me open my first account and now she is presenting my children with Terrific Kids awards at their school. She always asks how the kids are when I go in without them. All of the tellers are incredibly nice and polite. There are a couple of tellers that ask me how school is going and we will have conversations about what each of us is studying at any given time. Another plays music and will tell me about shows (my husband is a musician so we're going to see him play eventually). The fraud center at this bank chain is excellent. They caught an out-of-state charge I had not authorized, issued me a new card in store in just a few minutes, and refunded me the charges without complaint. It took less than a day to sort everything out, and that's with not being able to go into the bank for the card the same day because I was at school. Truly, this is a wonderful bank and I have loved my experience with them.

I shopped here looking to open a checking account and almost did it but wanted to check out a couple other options. I can't remember if checking was totally free but I do remember liking the different account packages they presented me with. I'd certainly look carefully at this branch if I lived in the area and needed to open an account. All standard services provided including online banking, direct deposit, etc. Their drive through is a bright spot as it is rarely crowded. Three stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
