I was planning on making some large purchases so I called in on a Saturday to have the spending limit on my card raised. I was told there wasn't anyone there who could approve it that day. Not having access to my money is kind of an issue so I'll be looking for another bank. It's really a shame that this site won't let me leave a zero star review.
