The man (old, all white hair, probably racist as all get out) might as well have just told that he didn't want to help me. It would have been easier than pretending like the information I was giving him wasn't valid. I don't normally leave reviews but it's ridiculous that if I give a pay stub and my social security that you tell me you can't find any information. It's not like I went to the wrong bank. The female clerk found my information promptly after helping her customer, which tells me that he CLEARLY did not want to help me. Not to mention his unpleasant body language which I doubt he was even aware of. Please do a better job of hiding your racism like everyone else. Thank you to the lady who helped me out without problems.

I've had noting but positive experiences with this bank location, everyone knows my whole family by name and are always helpful. The best bank I've ever used.

Mark Hatler is the Mortgage loan officer here. He is a bold faced lair and rude as well. After speaking with 4 other banks, researching loan options, I spoke to Mark. He straight up lied to me and said that the only possible loan terms available anywhere at any bank where the horrible rate and terms he offered. He was short and condescending with me the whole time then he rushed me off the phone before I could finish asking the questions I had about lending options.
