Terrible customer service, I go to dispute a charge, very calm and collective, and the lady right at the front was very condescending. So I was leaving and indicated I would take my buisness to plains capital bank. Almost an hour later I got a call from the lubbock sherif harrassing me and accusing me of disorderly conduct and trying to intimidate me because of it. Then the president calls me and was even more rude and condescending and had closed my account and told me he didn't want my kind and my buisness. Beyond disgusted. Wells Fargo didn't even go that far. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
