My A/C stopped working this early this morning before I left for work. I was in a huge panic. The last time my air stopped working for the exact same reason, I was out of my house for almost 5 days waiting for a repairman to come (its summer time, every A/C company is super busy) and then waiting for parts to come in. It was a total mess. Fast forward to today. My property manager gave me this company's number. I called Tilo, and he had me text him my availability and low and behold, he was able to come out to my house this evening! These guys arrived exactly on time, and had my air fixed in less than 1.5 hours! They were super polite and extremely knowledgable too. I highly recommend them!

I have a small evaporator leak in my A/C. I've had 3 other service companies do my annual inspection for the last 3 years and all want to replace everything for $6-7000. I know that I'll need to replace it in the next couple years, but just wanted to charge the freon to get thru the rest of the summer. The prior AC guy charged $265 for 2 lbs of freon and a service call, and I wasn't going to call him back. I wanted to find a small but reliable independent AC guy, so I went to craigslist, got a list of 4 potentials then started eliminating them by finding bad reviews. I was left with FixYa after the others were eliminated. I even found a couple positive things, so I hired Tilo (Otilio) after getting firm cost on the service call and freon cost per pound. He arrived on time, was clean and polite, did his job, and the bill was exactly what I expected. I'm an independent small business owner myself and value finding someone like Tilo. I'm very pleased with everything about this service call and plan on using FixYa in the future for maintenance and repairs on my HVAC. I've already referred him to a neighbor that needs work done.

Many pages on the web site don't work. Nuts. No email ability here. They have a few old reviews. "Are these folks still in business?" Nuts.
