Almost no words to express, but seriously, they had my taxes for over 3 months and then with next to no time before the due date they were given back with a good luck. 3 months and no one ever looked over, reviewed, called, asked, questioned what was given which was the same as every year until. Taxes were almost late, also could not get an extension too! Just Google'd CPA on maps in the same area and one a block away fixed this mess got everything done in 30min and was less the half the price of this shop.
