Pleasant over night stay, bar restaurant is just ok

The blankets in the room looked so clean, we used but late night I had to do something and I saw the other side, It looked like someone puked on that side, very irritating. For heavens sake that should have never been in the room. As if that wasn’t enough, I had one shower bath the water was stocked; after a stressful day we didn’t want to deal with the stress of changing room or having anyone there disturbing our rest, my girlfriend went to bed without bath that night and both of us couldn’t take our bath in the morning, she had told me she had a terrible experience with the bath the last time she lodged and now it repeated itself. While I was at the Loby, there was a lady complaining that their room was flooded, these are challenges one shouldn’t encounter in such rated hotel; we should be complaining about services and not the infrastructure, this was a very terrible experience.

Room issues, downgraded and still charge suit rate. Very dirty inside and out. Bathroom door broken. Extra charge for parking. Better choices near by, and cheaper.

The hotel is nice it just need a upgrades , the shuttle is very convenient! They also had free coffee for guest
