I've worked at Fox River for over three years now and I can't say enough about what an excellent community bank we have here in Burlington. All phone calls are answered by a real live person instead of 1-800-WHO-ISIT again? We have great customer service and we know our clientele because so many of us belong to the Burlington community, as well. Plus, all decision making is local and efficient versus waiting a lifetime to hear about a loan approval or simply for an answer to your question. If you are looking for a down home bank which offers the same products as the other big banks... look no further than Fox River!!!
