If I could rate at 0 stars I would. I've recently had some troubles with my account and the Oil City branch was very professional and courteous while the Franklin branch was very ignorant and unprofessional. While asking a question about my account and MY money, I was told I could not withdraw MY money until the issue (that was on their end) was fixed. 20 minutes later at the Oil City branch, they actually FIXED my account AND allowed me to withdraw MY money. I will not be dealing with the Franklin Branch EVER again and I recommend anyone that reads this does the same. Do not deal with the Franklin branch but rather the Oil City branch. They will take care of you.
