Do not use them they are the worst, I went and had a great experience with Judy who apparently does not work in the office she was filling in. She was awesome, so i had to get another person bonded and Judy had already taken care of all the paperwork I just had to go get the money. When i called back and asked for Judy i got a lady who was rude. She told me she didn't know where the file was and i just needed to come down and redo the paper work and that i should just bond them out myself because they would require the full bond to be paid. I hung up and went to the Atlanta office and explained my situations. They proceeded to be amazing. To make matters worse the office was bitter about using the downtown office that was 5 min from my home that they would give us wrong information and tell us they had talked to the downtown office and now we needed a cosigner. They also deliberately didn't sing the bond for 3 hours after we paid to try and punish us for letting the downtown office now they were being shady and deliberately giving us information to keep us from getting our family out of jail. This is a tough time for people and they take advantage of people in a vulnerable position Angelica and Mr Fipps need to terminated immediately from their jobs . Shame on you guys for what you put people through its deplorable.
