The worst experience in my 40 years of banking! The Manager actually yelled at me to "sit down"... I wanted to stand as I just got off a plane from Asia and did not want to sit... as I told him I would stand or come with him, he turned around and screamed "SIT DOWN" (l felt like dog). This was over attempting to open a new checking account for which they told me one week later they would not open an account for me. I just opened a business account at another bank so have no idea why they turned me down... I am happy they did, as I would never bank with them now that I know how rude employees in this branch are. I would not recommend this bank or branch to anyone.
