I have been banking here, going on 8 years. However recently the service and perks are slowing becoming worse and worse. I had fraudulent charges on my account, they turned off my debt card without notifying me. I was directed to a 800 number which was absouabsol awful and offered no resolution to the problem. Went in and spoke to a teller about the issue, they told me my card had been deactivated and they ordered me a new one. It is now going on 3 weeks with out a card, tried calling to speak with some during normal business hours and was not given a option to speak with a person I had to leave a message or know an extension, there were no other options. Also the recent closer of their ATM is a giant inconvenience. Now any one who banks there is subject to other banks ATM fees whenever they need to withdrawal cash. Very disappointing.
