La' Toya did a fantastic job and helped us with all our tax questions. She was able to navigate a pretty crazy year for us: married, moved twice, found new jobs, loss and gain of health insurance, medical expenses, tuition expenses, work deduction, at home office deductions, the works. But she patiently sorted through all our paperwork and saved us a ton of money because we weren't even aware of some of the deductions we could take. Plus, the ability to do online appointment set up and changes and the "prepping" phone call was easy and ensured that we had all the right paperwork for when we got there. Last, her prices are reasonable and fair. Though it's higher than HR block or other "mainstream" tax places, the extra attention, value, and experience is worth it. When it comes to taxes, you want someone with knowledge and expertise, not someone who took a 6 day crash-course. Thank you La'Toya and we'll see you next year.

LaToya was wonderful!!! Very professional, intelligent, quick. I came in very nervous since I never had another person prepare my taxes. She made sure I felt comfortable.. we laughed and before I know it taxes was complete. I highly recommend this company. I choose Fresh Start based on all the positive Google comments. Glad I did. I have convinced my husband that Fresh Start and LaToya will be our CPA for life.

The ceo Ms Latoya work with her clients on one on one basis and make sure all the tax and accounting question are answered and satisfied according to the need of the client.
