My bank debit/Visa was stolen and they would not reimburse me. not only was I ripped off I am in finical debt. Before this, I would of rated them 5 stars but I'm hurting now and was mistreated by staff rudely like I had something to do with this crime

The staff is awesome but the wait times to cash a check or make a deposit are ridiculous

The tellers are nice but the bank it self sucks it take way to long to cash a check.. Hidden fees.. Time for a new bank
