It is a terrible organisation. Pathetic service , over charging wherever possible. Funds transfer will be delayed under all pretexts possible. Their equipment is outdated, faulty and does not work. Any one using their service expect loss of revenue. No help from Technical Deptt. Sales person Mary (master agent) is all about grabbing your business and then she would disappear as she has made her commission .They need a complete overhaul of their system and equipment.

Vonda was fantastic she was able to talk me through the problem that I was having with my machine. And then she was able to show me on my computer how to find my answers to several of my questions that I had. She understood my level of technology and took the time to make sure that I was back up and going with the knowledge that I need to settle my books every night.
