Love this place they have the best jewelry and unique pieces too for great prices. Their customer service is the best too, they are always so friendly when I walk in. If you're pawning or selling they always offer top dollars.

I had been going through a difficult time, and with a major surgery in process, my loans had expired. Thanks to Ed's amazing customer service and patience, he was able to hold my jewelry pass the expiration date. Once able to function, I was able to renew my loan and keep my pieces. I am extremely grateful for there outstanding customer service, understanding and flexibility. I commend all the staff (specially Ed) and look forward working with them.

Really great customer service. I moved out of Escondido to Los Angeles, couldn't go get my pawned items, it was 2 days before my due date I called and I was told I could pay the intrest and that I could send a money order, I did I overnight the payment and all was good!. Not all pawnshops work with you like they do. I was very happy with the end results. Keep up the great work you guys!

I had some gold to sell and had never been in a pawn shop, but have seen Gems N Loans in passing. Decided to stop in and see what I could do to sell the gold. The shop is very nice and nicely decorated. The staff with their wonderful customer service went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I got a very good price on the gold and was treated with respect and kindness through my whole transaction. I will definitely use their services again, not to mention make my future jewelry purchases with them. Great experience and great store.

Thanks to Gems N’ Loans, I found a really great deal on a guitar and amplifier. While the prices where really reasonable, I didn’t have the cash for the amp. At the the time their helpful staff offered a layaway plan for the amp portion, so I wouldn’t loose the opportunity to buy that rare Kustom tube amp for such a smokin deal!
