Is there a zero star button?!This is BY FAR the worse company I’ve ever met! I purchased my beautiful wedding set through Kay’s Jewelry. The first year was absolutely easy. It was so easy to make payments and customer service was a delight. First when I went online for the month of November to make my monthly payment Kay’s website kept directing me to this other page that I’d never seen before. So I called Kay’s customer service to find out that they had switch my account to Genesis Financial Solutions. Never got any notice in the mail about this. So I called Genesis to find out how to pay my bill. I got a super rude woman who acting like it was such an inconvenience to call to get my information. Finally got my info, went online and paid my bill. While paying my bill I noticed that they had DROPPED my credit limit $900!!! When I had already paid off $800. So me being in the financial area, I KNEW that was going to drop my credit score because it was going to show that I was at 105% usage on this credit card. So I called Genesis back AGAIN. I got another super rude woman and I explained the situation to her. She assured me that they were not reporting to the credit bureau about them lowering my credit limit on my Kay’s card. Bull. Sure enough one month later and my score is lowered 20 points due to these people. If I could give zero stars I would. But I don’t have that option. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They will rip you off in a heart beat. The moment I pay off my card I will cancel just to not have to deal with these people.
