Terrible Service(Carl Case), machines haven't worked in 8 months and won't let us cancel without paying $600
What was the best part of the experience?
The first day, after that the service was beyond terrible. Carl Case set us up and now we can't even get a hold of him. Please use another credit card processor, this company will take your money and not let you out of the contract even though they don't keep their end of the bargain.
What would you change about the experience?
I would have never signed up to begin with, glad I now have a reputable credit card company now.
Overall Feedback:
Terrible, terrible waste of money and still can't use your machines due to them not working after a couple months. If I could give negative 10 stars I would.
