It says Saturday they are open til 1pm I call at 12:49 and no answer. If you set time for your buisness hours you should honor it til the last minute. Bad buisness!

Seriously this bank has been the worst. We have had a car loan through them for barely 5 months and we always pay ahead and have detailed receipts etc. In the 5 month period they have "misplaced" or miscounted our payments TWICE. They blame it on the customer. So frustrating. I have lost trust with them. Seriously it's so nerve wrecking. I don't know what to do next.

I live a simple life and travel alround the World. So, it was very pleasant to enteract with a nice staff. They provide a solution and all is well.

The service was great but the amount of people coming in was unbelievable! And the parking lot is rather long and skinny making backing out a bit difficult when so many cars are coming and going.

The people at GESA are always friendly and helpful. I called to ask about a notary being present at a particular time. They were helpful and checked to confirm the Notary's schedule for me.

I would give them a negative review if I could. Jesse is a idiot. We tried to buy a truck. Took him 2 days to tell us that the loan would not go through simply because the truck had to many miles on it. I think that should have been told to us in the first place. Wasted 2 days of my time and money. Will NEVER use this place or ever recommend them to anyone!
