You are better off regifting your unwanted giftcards or just trying to use them rather than using Gift Card Rescue. It have been fighting for over a month to receive payment and I doubt that I will ever see the supposed check that they claimed to have mailed. I do not recommend this company and believe they should be reported to the BBB for fraud.

Shortly after purchasing gift cards from them, I had my credit card used for fraudulent charges, and the gift card I bought was suppose to be worth $160, but after using just $100 of it, it showed zero balance. Look out for these scumbags. In addition, now when I try to go to there website I am getting a warning from Google that it is an unsecure server. Look out!

This is a fraudulent company. DO NOT sell your gift cards to them. They sent me a check that bounced and I had to pay the bank fees. When I confronted them they gave me a story that didn't make sense. Being the forgiving person I am, I gave them a 2nd chance. I sent them my gift cards on 12/14/15 and today is 3/15/16 and I still haven't received payment. When I called two weeks ago I was notified payment was sent on 2/14/16 (Sunday, Really?). I got an email from the manager (Dominque Davis) that said call if I didn't receive the check in 30 days. When it didn't come and I called she refused to take my call. I was given the same story as the 1st time. It was lost in the mail and they would send a new check immediately. Surprise, surprise, it was the one that bounced. If I could have I would have left zero stars. Fraud is fraud.

Cannot even give it a star, but I have to. Sent $800 worth of gift cards- BIG mistake! Sent return envelope to get them back and NOTHING. No email replies, they do not answer their phone, absolutely deplorable. Writing to the state attorney generals office and filing a police report- their business practices are nothing short of criminal.

Buyer please BEWARE of this company's customer service and refund policy. They are out there to get your money in one way or the other with their vague policies. The customers services I have received from any other merchants(including the big names)have always been stellar and i have always been treated with utmost respect and honesty as a customer. Unfortunately, this company doesn't even realize the simple idea that when you take care of your customers, it is actually doing itself a big favor by retaining loyal customers base and possibly attracting more down the road... I probably lost a few dollars today(FYI: my credit company will gladly refund the whole amount fortunately), but what you lost is your integrity and my trust in you and never to shop from it again.
