One week in the. Area. Two visits to the credit union and I am looking for a new credit union. My initial visit went well. However, some of the charges surprised me. Calling too often seems to be a problem. They charge for that. I went in to get help with setting up bill pay. Wow. The teller was very polite but couldn't help me so she asked her supervisor. She was very rude and disrespectfully. Facial expressions and body language showed how irritated she was because I bothered her . I banked with Summited Credit Union for ten years and can't rate them high enough.
