Feedback:
I would give them 0 stars if Google would let me. I am not a member, but new the area and would have had no problem opening an account. I stopped in the West Bend location by Mejer's where I was told by their front desk person that they do not make appointments for their loan officers, she told me I could wait and she could call up stairs and I could apply for the loan in the lobby (this such a breach of my privacy to have to give out my social security number in a busy lobby to apply for a loan). I was then told that I could apply on line, which is what I did. I said that I would be fine to be contacted by email, no one bothered to call me or to email me. I ended up having to call and got transferred around in their automated system where I was told over and over again that I was the first caller in the queue only to be transferred to another automated system. I finally got a hold of someone, and she told me that when you apply online that your application can get "lost" and they have to manually search for it. Really? 'Lost'? Yet they are pulling your credit immediately but your application gets "lost"! She finally found my application which was assigned to loan officer Jessica, who never bothered to follow up with me. Needless to say, I'm not interested in doing business with you as it seems you have a long way to go to be customer orientated. I passed on their loan offer after I was hung up on by the receptionist who gave me the status update. I still have not heard a word from "Jessica".
