Global has been a nightmare to work with we opened a restaurant in Watkinsville Ga.When we first met Andy with global tech it was around a month before opening maybe 2 months they assured us that they could have us up and running by opening,so we decided to give them a shot. Well here it is a week after opening and my drive thru still doesnt have a register and we only have 1 of the 3 pos systems working and it works half of the time. Tried calling several times to get the situation fixed and still have not had any luck on this system running. They collected there money they charged and have not fixed our issues. We had to shut down our restaurant just to keep us from looking so bad. We were emberrassed of the way we were being made out to look by having a half put together system. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JOKERS THEY ARE VERY UN PROFESSIONAL AND ARE A NIGHT MARE FOR RESTAURANTS. WE HAVE ASKED TO TALK TO ANDY FIELDS BOSS TO GET THIS ISSUE WORKED OUT AND STILL NOTHING SO WE WILL NOT BE DOING ANY MORE BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS .
