Feedback:
It used to be "fast, friendly service". Now, it's just "we'll serve you when we want to or when we have time." I don't understand how I have to keep verifying my account when you have it on file. Also, it's very unprofessional when your clients are trying to get in touch with you but you never respond to emails or answer your phones. There's good business practice and good customer service for you.
