Great POS Company. If you're looking for the most complete point of sale solution for a simple or complex menu and all your specials, then look no further. These guys are detailed, professional and very helpful. We switched from Delaware Business Systems who offers Future POS, to Goji Systems who offers Speedline, and I'd have to admit that their superior software and hardware combined with their knowledgable staff has been a win win!

I opened my business a little over 1 year ago, selecting a product, location and staff was a typical early challenge we faced. Once all three were tackled we had to make 1 last devision, which POS system would we use? they were starting to all look and sound the same, Until i placed a call to Goji systems. As a guy coming from a family business background, i felt right at home with the service i was getting. The product spoke for itself, user friendly and smart. Once we were set up, the owners themselves, came out to our location and trained our staff on all situations prior to opening. Then, went to the extent of working hand and hand with the staff on the first Friday night to ensure we would provide the best service to our customers. We have been extremely happy with Goji's product, service and people. they are eager to help with all questions, and go out of their way to help us grow our business with innovative ways to communicate with our customers and provide the best service possible.

Our company has been doing business with Goji Systems for a little over a year now. Going from handwritten orders to a fully functional POS system seemed like a huge undertaking, they made transitioning easy and stress free. The guys at Goji were straight shooters from day one, honestly answering all the questions we could throw at them. They delivered a system that in our opinion is far superior to any other on the market for pizza shops and delivery function. The ability to also provide the necessary caller id system and back of house tools a owner wants at their fingertips made this an easy decision for our company. They have always been quick to make changes to our menus and are reachable for support any time we have an issue. Bottom line, POS systems are a huge investment, making sure you choose the right one is crucial to the success of your business. Having a good working relationship with your POS company, and knowing they will be there with the correct solution is paramount. If you want a highly functional, modifiable, reliable POS for your business, these are your guys.
