Name: Amanda Service requested: engagement ring stone replacementI brought in a loose gemstone and my engagement ring to the Fayetteville office. The employees were attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. I'd taken my ring to a few chain jewelers and they all quoted me a ballpark of $100 for the stone replacement; G&D charged me $28! But the price isn't what I'm thrilled with, it's the service. Sure they replaced the stone perfectly, but they also steam-cleaned my ring, repaired the bent band, and buffed all the scratches out of the gold without me having to ask and without charging extra. My ring came back better than it was when I gave it to them! And I only had to wait four days to get my ring back! I am 10/10 impressed with this business, completely satisfied and telling everyone I know to shop G&D. Thanks for the outstanding service! Completely above and beyond expectation!! I've been getting compliments all day, my ring is stunning!!!
