This place is horrible. I was absolutley livid at the level of banking service I recived on 9/1/17. I set in the lobby 45min just to open a bank acct. When I asked the Member Rep Darya Khodamardi, why as the waite sfo long she said they were under staff and the branch manager doesn't want to hire . During the 2.5 hr process of her opening up a me a bank account. I had to wactch her read her employee handbook because she didn't know how to open up a particular bank acct. Meanwhile my 4yr son began to get frustrated and had to use the bathroom. This lady and her staff were absoulety rude!!
