Quite possibly the WORST experience I have ever had at an NZ Post shop. The woman that served me was rude as hell and extremely judgemental and made it quite clear that she didn't approve that my kids have a different last name to me (didn't even think to ask why) made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend going here to anyone.

Well I opened my kiwi Bank account there an the staff are very helpful and friendly and great customer service i go there regularly and I rated 5 stars as I say you get 5 star service
