I had occasion to have to ask for assistance with my visa debit card. I spoke with Lori? (Spelling of her name), and she was able to help me out and explain some things regarding my card I was not aware of.I felt Lori went above and beyond her duties as far as seeing that I was taken care of. This is another reason I bank with Gpo. The employees are friendly, courteous and ever willing to assist. Hats off to Lori and the Oneida branch. My friend’s puppy even enjoys coming to Gpo drive thru as it seems they always take care of him, too!😄 Thank you!
