Beware of doing any business with this company. We wish there was a way to give negative stars.We signed on with them back in Jan. of 2016 to do credit card processing. about two weeks into our business with them they suddenly decided to stop processing all our credit card payments and held the money. We had to go to court to get the money back, over 6 months later. Their reason for holding the money was a bunch of stipulations they claimed we all of a sudden had to do such, we couldn't accept more than 30% down from our customers at a time, etc. They said they couldn't do business with us. Well we took them to court as we said above and won our money plus court costs in our case AND now they have the nerve to still send us monthly bills for their service even though they have right from the beginning refused to process any credit card transactions we did. In effect they're continually charging us for a service they refuse to perform as per their business contract. When you try to contact them. They don't answer the phones or emails. When they do answer they're shouting about suing us unless we pay over $1000.00 so they can cancel us even though there's nothing to cancel. The two people we have dealt with from this company are Rich Carlisi and Sherry Lia. They've had 10 complaints alone from the Better Business Bureau and when reading the reviews they all have a similar story to tell like ours. Don't do business with these unethical people and or company.
