Overall Feedback:
I would have loved to have given a 5 star review on how amazing they are, but I never got the chance to even meet them. I contacted them over Facebook telling them that I was coming in town for three days to look at opening a small business in the KC MO area. Heard right back from someone telling me they where sending it to a sale person. Two days later I still hadn't heard from anyone. I messaged them again, the person apologized and said "it had got lost in the shuffle". No worries, we all have those days; it wasn't a big deal. Heard from a salesperson within 10 minutes over email saying they where available and excited to meet with me. I replied to the email asking when would be a good time to meet. Never heard another word from them. I emailed them a second time asking if they where still available to meet...again no reply. I then called them and left a voicemail...still no reply. I guess meeting with new businesses and helping them get acquainted with the city is not a priority...
