It's good Greta small engine is busy, however for the past three years I have been unable to get service on my mower that I purchase (obviously the commitment to service after the sell is a thing of the past for them). I'm looking at trading in, I currently have a commercial grade lawn mower but I will diffidently not purchase or recommend any one to purchase from Gretna Small engine do to lack of service after the sell. This goes for there new ATV store recently open as well.

I brought my cub cadet in for just a routine spring maintenance. They charged me almost $600 and said they put a new battery in, which they did not but charged me for it also charged for warranty labor as will. I do not recommend Gretna small engine to service or purchase any thing.
