I couldn't be happier with the exchange rate, the convenience and the service! Don't hesitate to use Griffin, I was nervous buying online but all went well and I'll use them another time before anybody else.

Always use Griffin for any foreign currency transaction. Always had excellent customer service and know my rates are going to be significantly higher than high street. Would rather wait here extra days to get the better rate! Don't even look elsewhere now as whenever I've compared in the past this has always been best outcome. Family and friends now use also.

Absolute joke, quote bogus rates to lure you in but the rate given is always significantly worse. This practice should be outlawed by the FSA as , at best it's false advertising and at worst fraudulent. Thbs down

I found that Griffin Financial did very competitive rates and were very contactable. I had no problem with my transaction and would highly recommend them for all your foreign currency purchases. I will definitely use them again. Don't take too much notice of the negative reviews - it seems that some people are never happy unless they are complaining, it's called 'British-ness' I guess!

I found this company on line offering a very good exchange rate.After filling in the forms and sending the funds £5000 I became concerned regarding confirmation of the transaction and after then reading some of the reviews I thought that I had made a mistake...at the time I could not contact them on their phone...just an automated message.My concerns were unnecessary as I received the money through the post very promptly and am extremely happy with the result.I would have given 5 stars if only I could have reached someone on the phone who at the time could have given me more confidence with the transaction...I will definitely use Griffin in the future...Many thanks

*****DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY*****I ordered foreign currency AND paid for it before the rate dropped and this company has refused to honour my purchase because the rate has changed even though it was already paid for. I bet, if it had changed in their favour, they would not have offered me the extra foreign currency. It is not my fault the rate changed, that is the price of doing business. I could just have easily have lost out if it had gone up. Now the choices offered are a refund (a few days before I go on holiday) or get foreign currency at the rate it is now. There was a reason I purchased it when I did, so that I would get it in time for my holiday. Now I am shafted.

Slight delay in processing the transaction due to the massive fluctuations in the currency market on opening, Friday 24th June (EU referendum being the culprit), but the issue was rectified promptly and professionally. Great service, great prices. Happy to recommend.

i ordered 640 euros and they never turned up for my holiday. now I've been calling them for 3 days and no one is picking up the phone. Have they closed down??

I've used them several times and each time their rate beats the Post Office and other High Street/airport currency stores. Plus they buy back any unused currency I have at equally great rates and doing it all by post makes it nice and easy. Happy days!
