This company is bombarding me with unsolicited email blast, I am writing as many negative reviews on all their customer's web site.

I have been a loyal customer of several Guthy Renker owned brands for many years. I am a huge fan! Some of my favorite brands are It Cosmetics, Marajo, and Dermaflash! These 3 products have elevated the quality of my hair and facial care! Through my experience the products I have tried through Guthy Renker have all lived up to a very high standard of excellence! My orders have always arrived on time, in mint condition, and I could not be happier! Customer service is very friendly and professional whenever I request orders over the phone. I can honestly say I have never sent back or cancelled a product I have tried. I look forward to trying more of Guthy Renkers products in the future!

They do fraud. Do not do business with them at all!

Fraud on my mother's acct. they are still charging and racking up a bill although she is no longer living. Customer service is not very helpful and expect me to pay this fradulant bill. I was told I would get a phone back in 24-48 hours with someone who could help me look into these charges and still haven't received and call. BEWEAR!!

My wife signed up to receive their Meaningful Beauty products on a monthly basis. When she had accumulated too much, she tried to stop the orders. Customer service was very difficult to communicate with and it took several months to get them to stop, then it took more months to get them to stop charging out credit card. After that they kept sending us bills through the mail. Two days ago my wife through to them on the phone and they agreed to stop doing that. Today we find that they have charged over $300 to our credit card account. I think it is clear that this company engages in fraud. Someone really should be investigating or filing a class action lawsuit.
